To offer a much more personalised shopping experience, Tesco provides mobile applications. These includes the Clubcard loyalty programme, one of the biggest loyalty programmes in Europe. With Tesco Apps, customers are able to manage loyalty points from their mobile phones. Tesco applications are also integrated with the e-shop. Customers can do their daily grocery shopping swiftly and easily on the go without waiting in the checkout queue.
Loyalty programmes are crucial marketing tools in collecting customers' shopping behavior patterns and adapting them to their preferences. This makes a significant difference when it comes to communicating with different customer bases and providing much more personalised offers. In order to raise customer retention and engagement, it was a logical step for Tesco to develop loyalty programme mobile apps in Europe. We are honoured to have this chance to cooperate with Tesco Clubcard loyalty programmes for markets in Ireland, Thailand, Malaysia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary.
With the increasing popularity of e-shop mobile apps, we have created Tesco grocery shopping mobile apps for the both the above-mentioned 8 countries as well as Turkey. Furthermore, to pursue continuous improvement, we developed two internal applications: Tesco InfromApp and Sorter, which focus on checking stock availability, as well as specific goods placement in Tesco grocery stores. While cooperating with Tesco, we achieved further success in building up mobile apps for the shopping centers Letňany and Forum Liberec. Both of them are currently stocking Tesco groceries in-store.
TESCO CLUBCARD is the largest loyalty programme in Europe, having more than 15 million members. Tesco Clubcard application is available as a stand alone application, or, for certain markets, as part of the e-shop application.
We helped Tesco in saving time by developing a secure way to collect data directly from websites without the use of mobile API. Our parsing algorithm provides all the features of the website and adjusts perfectly to fit all smart devices. You can browse through the entire purchasing process easily, making additional changes to the orders, search for the best offers and manage your desired time frame for delivery. With the Clubcard loyalty app, customers are able to collect their loyalty points and redeem them by the next purchase. Tesco applications are also able to target push notifications for specific customers based on their shopping habits.
